Trade Fair’s English 2Y0 Wins Again
Trade Fair’s promising English 2Y0 Harrogate Fair made it two wins from his last three starts when successful in the five-furlong Pubs Spectacular at Wolverhampton on Friday. (November 2)
Harrogate Fair chased the leaders, led inside the final furlong and held on well to score by a head.
He had been ridden with similar tactics to win the Norfolk Chamber Of Commerce Nursery, also over five furlongs, at Yarmouth on October 5.
Harrogate Fair, trained at Newmarket by Michael Squance, is from the Spectrum mare, Starbeck. There are no Black Type winners under his first three dams, again illustrating Trade Fair’s ability to upgrade his mares.
Trade Fair is gaining a steady flow of late season bookings at Alwyn Park Stud, Serpentine.
