A Certain Bargain Winner
Trade Fair’s No Uncertainty, a bargain $11,000 Magic Millions Perth Yearling Sale purchase, gained his seventh win when successful in the Pisang Mas Handicap (1700m) at Penang on Saturday. (September 28)
No Uncertainty is from the King’s Best mare Princess Camilla and is inbred 4 x 4 to both Mr. Prospector and The Minstrel.
Princess Camilla’s dam, Royal Scam, is a sister to Eve In Seychelles (the dam of Launay) and a half-sister to Storm, Regal Sea and Runaway Groom.
Launay won eight times headed by dual wins in Flemington’s Listed Birthday Stakes; Storm won three times headed by the Group 2 Moonee Valley Cup (he was second in the Group 1 SA Derby and third in the Group 1 Adelaide Cup); Regal Sea won three times headed by the Group 3 Kingston Town Stakes in Sydney and Listed Vic Health Stakes (and was second in the Group 1 Queensland Oaks and third in the Group 1 AJC Oaks) and Runawway Groom won five times headed by the Group 3 West End Stakes in Adelaide.
With Trade Fair having sired 135 individual winners, there was really no uncertainty about No Uncertainty joining the winner’s list.
