Alfred Nobel Strikes Again

WA shuttle stallion Alfred Nobel continued his bold start when Chetan, the 6/5 favourite, won the UK Nursery Handicap (six furlongs) at Kempton in England yesterday. (November 20)

Chetan, trained by 79-year-old Milton Bradley at Chepstow in Wales, near the border with Gloucestershire,  has now finished in the first two at his past four starts.
He was a neck second to Mecado in the Evans Racing Nursery (six furlongs) at Chepstow on September 16, won the Live The Moment Nursery (six furlongs) at Kempton on October 29 and finished a nose second to Pat Mustard in the Ipad Nursery (seven furlongs) at Kempton on November 13.
Alfred Nobel, winner of the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes and Group 2 Railway Stakes in Ireland, has had seven individual winners and 11 individual place getters from his first crop in the UK and Europe.
He is standing the coming UK season at Coolmore Stud, Ireland, and will return to WA for the 2015 breeding season.
