Alfred Nobel Filly Impresses

Regal Gleam, the first of Alfred Nobel’s WA bred progeny to appear, impressed winning a 400m trial by 3/4-length in 24.77sec. at Belmont Park yesterday. (Monday October 27)

The filly, from former smart sprinter Darntime, is trained by Simon Miller for businessman Michael Kailis.
She showed plenty of pace and finished strongly despite racing greenly.
Alfred Nobel, an Irish Group 1 winning juvenile, has had six individual winners and eight individual place getters from his first crop currently running in England, Ireland and France.
He is at Coolmore Stud, Ireland, but will return to WA for the 2015 breeding season.
