A Fair Macau Win

Promising Trade Fair three-year-old Sunshine Tacker continued his development by winning The Norfolk (1100m) at Macau last Friday.
Then had to survive a protest by Panamanian jockey L. Corrales, rider of the half-length second, Forever Friendship, alleging interference at the 200m and the 50m.
Stewards dismissed the objection after considering the evidence, reviewing the vision and taking into regard the manner in which both horses had finished off the race.
Sunshine Tacker, inbred 3 x 3 to Danehill, is a grandson of the Luskin Star mare Timely Star, a half-sister to Timeless Action, Timeless Pago and Famous Friend, the dam of Famous Roman and Lightofprosperity.
Timeless Action won six times taking the Group 3 Strickland Stakes and Listed Supremacy Stakes, N.J. Way Stakes and Sunspeed Champion Stakes; Timeless Pago won three times and was runner-up in the Listed Burgess Queen Stakes; Famous Roman won seven times headed by the Group 2 Lee-Steere Stakes, Group 3 R.J. Peters Stakes and Listed Northerly Stakes and Aquanita Stakes and Lightofprosperity won seven times featuring the Listed Penang Anniversary Cup.
This is also the family of Group 2 Perth Cup winner Western Jewel and Listed Raconteur Stakes winner Western Blaze.
Once again, WA breds, and the Trade Fair’s in particular, match it with the best.
